๐ง Introduction
Hello friends,
I am Uttama Surve, a 14-year-old child leader working to protect children from harm.
Sometimes children are not heard, but I want to help every child speak up safely and confidently because every voice matters.I am the coordinator of the ๐ Uttama Child Protection Awareness Program and Protection Organization. My father, Aniruddha Surve, a dedicated Para-Legal Volunteer (PLV), inspires me to stand for child protection and build a caring community.
๐ข Why Should Children Speak Up?
When a child feels unsafe, scared, or uncomfortable, staying silent can be dangerous.
By speaking up:
-
We protect ourselves.
-
We protect our friends.
-
We stop the wrong things from continuing.
Speaking up is a superpower when used in the right way and at the right time!

๐ฏ️ “Speaking up doesn’t make you weak—it makes you brave.”
๐ฏ️ “Even if your voice shakes, still use it. Someone will listen.”
๐ฏ️ “Together, we can make our schools, homes, and villages safe.”
Children have the right to speak, to be heard, and to feel safe.
We must teach every child how to raise their voice safely, respectfully, and clearly.
Because a child who knows how to speak up is a child who can change the world.
๐ฌ Slogan
“Awareness is the power of children and freedom from exploitation.”
